Greater London Zoos and Wildlife
This section lists zoos in London so if you would like to take the little monkeys to the zoo please see our list below. Some of the zoos listed maybe farms, or petting farms, these zoos have a varied selection of animals for viewing. There are lions and you can sometimes drive through the paddocks and view them from the comfort of your car. There are also baboons and monkeys which can be fun to watch. Or there are elephants, giraffes and other African and Indian animals. A lot of zoos have collections of insects and birds and also water creatures, all in all a trip out to the zoo is an educational experience for your children.

Facilities include an animal enclosure, butterfly house, a bandstand, children's play area, cafe, toilets. Sports facilities include grass and hard tennis courts, golf practice nets and croquet.
