Great Wood

Great Wood offers a great fun, cheap family day out! With over 627 hectares of woodland you can let the kids run free.

We have a waymarked trail or plenty of well surfaced forest tracks for those with buggies or wheelchairs. Why not bring the bikes? Make a day of it by bringing a picnic or take advantage of one of our BBQs. Our picnic and BBQ area is set next to a large grassy area where the kids can play whilst you relax.

Coaches £8 all day

Regular visitors can save money with a Discovery Pass, which costs £20 and gives you free parking all year.
