Wight Karting

Wight Karting has a 500m track that is suitable to drive in all weather with a number of interesting curves to negotiate.

It's welcoming and suitable for absolute beginners, with friendly expert drivers on hand to provide full tuition and safety equipment.

There are three different types of kart available to drive, so ensure that you check the age restrictions online so the kids know what they're looking forward to driving!

The karts travel at a decent speed (22mph to 48mph) so kids are expected to take this seriously. You can be assured that a full safety briefing is given at the start, plus equipment including helmet, suit and gloves are provided. Please ensure those wanting to drive are wearing shoes or trainer and not flip flops.

Admission:

GT270 Junior (12 to 15 years) £20 for twenty minutes.

GT160 (8 to 11 years) £18 for twenty minutes.

Race Events (16 and older)

F1 Sprint £37 per person

F2 Sprint £37 per person   

Opening Times: 

Open daily throughout the year 9am to 8pm Monday to Saturday. 9am to 4pm on Sunday and Bank Holidays.
