Family run family friendly traditional freehouse, serving home cooked, good value proper pub grub! Lovely children's play area in spacious gardens. Cosy bar area with colouring, toys and books to keep children happy while parents enjoy a meal or drink. Seperate sports bar, with screens, pool table and dart board. Dogs welcome. Recent review...... Parents - the perfect pub We were delighted with this place. Lovely atmosphere - toys and games - a brilliant playpark and kids desserts so amazing i was forced to have one myself. Thanks to the owners for all their effort. We visited with 4 children under 9 and had the BEST meal of our holiday! 28 Aug 2011
