Silver Blades Ice Rink Altrincham opened its doors in March 2007. This eagerly awaited facility immediately made a positive impact in the community. A full size ice pad in a brand new building, the first in the UK to have a full wooden structure catered for skaters of all ages. Silver Blades Altrincham is open 7 days a week including bank holidays and is home for all ice disciplines including general public skating, figure skating, ice dancing, speed skating and ice hockey. Why not take advantage of one of our classes; parents and toddler, hockey basics and our learn to skate 6 week course. Watch out for our event nights run on a regular basis, these include ; Our resident Dj's Friday night mega disco session, bumper cars on ice, fancy dress, spectacular junior disco, guest dj's, sports nights, karaoke and foam parties. Silver Blades Altrincham is situated in Altrincham town centre and is only a minute away from Altrincham train, metro link and bus station.
