within the beautiful breathtaking sweep of Morecambe Bay towards the lovely Lakeland hillsides beyond. Then stroll across the lovely golden sands of Morecambe beach, sinking your foot in to the bracing fresh ocean. Possess a nice coffee or perhaps an frozen treats within the many cafés lining the seafront, or come and go to the Eric Morecambe statue which looks out over the superb Promenade. Begin to see the art influences from the Tern project - a number of fine installations about the Promenade, and also the beautiful art deco façade from the lovingly restored Midland Hotel.

To see relatives fun, there's a cinema, bowling alley and a lot of activity - but there is nothing better here than the usual sunny day having a sandy beach and waves to splash about in!
