  •     There is no option to experience part of the tour – you must be able to complete the full 70-minute tour or remain in the lower ground floor visitor centre
  •     It isn’t possible to join a tour once it’s departed from the lower ground floor visitor centre; refunds or amendments are not possible if you miss your timeslot
  •     Large bags are not permitted on the tour
