Portsmouth Historic Dockyard
Discover the world famous historic ships – HMS Victory & HMS Warrior 1860 that have shaped British history at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.

Home of the Royal Navy, other attractions include The Royal Naval Museum, with a new Exhibition “Task Force South: The Royal Navy and the Falklands War”, and Action Stations with the new interactive gallery InterAction detailing the science and technology used by the modern Royal Navy.

Opening Times

The Historic Dockyard opens at 10am everyday throughout the year, except when closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

April - October
Last  tickets to the attractions are sold at 4.30pm and the Dockyard gates are closed at 6.00pm.

November - March
Last tickets to the attractions are sold at 4.00pm and the Dockyard gates are closed at 5.30pm.

Harbour Tours: check sailing times but usually last sailing in summer is 4.00pm
