Carrickmines Equestrian Centre and Riding School caters for kids from six years upwards, and levels from complete beginners up to competition level in showjumping, eventing, dressage and polocrosse. Lessons are held seven days a week (see timetable below). Our indoor arena provides the ideal, safe envoirnment for beginners. Private lessons may also be arranged by special appointment. Groups and birthday parties are also catered for. Individual children’s needs are taken into account and suitable mounts are carefully selected. Our experienced instructors ensure that all riders within each group receive equal attention. Children enjoying lessons at Carrickmines Equestrian centre have the option to AIRE Exams! We have just started a new kids beginners lesson on Saturday afternoons. We are taking children in their 6th year and upwards (born in 2011). Additional classes starting mid week.
