Judo is a fun and exciting activity that was founded by Jigoro Kano in 1882 in Tokyo, Japan.

Judo techniques come mainly from the ancient martial art of Ju-Jitsu and in English the word Judo means the “Gentle or supple way”.

However, please note that Judo involves throwing techniques, groundwork fighting, arm locks and strangle holds, which may not be suitable for everyone.
