You are warmly welcome to Chessell Pottery Barns the Island based part of the Pottery Cafe
Situated in an AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) in the West
Wight, you will find a small working Pottery, a Studio where all ages
can have a go at decorating their own pottery, a beautiful Gift Barn and
our award winning Courtyard Café.
Our Gift Barn stocks a huge range of toys, gifts, pottery and local
artists' work. We also stock the full range of Emma Bridgewater pottery
as well as our own Chessell Ware. Whether a momento for yourself or as
Wedding Gifts, Christening Gifts or New
Baby Gifts for others, our staff are always on call to help you in store
or with your online purchases.
The courtyard is the perfect place to linger on a summer afternoon, why
not take tea and cakes under the willow tree or visit in the morning for
a freshly ground coffee. If you'd like to stay longer, find out about
our four star Stables Cottages.
There is no entrance fee and plenty of parking - we also have disabled
facilities, plus high chairs, baby changing and toys for the little
ones.
