Sauna
We have a Nordic sauna conveniently located in the swimming pool hall.

Sports hall
This superb Sports Area has the capacity for up to five
badminton courts, a five-a-side football pitch, basketball court,
volleyball court, indoor hockey pitch, cricket nets or a combination of
these.

Preetz room
The Preetz room offers a warm intimate venue for a multitude of
activities from meetings and workshops to Pilates and birthday parties.
A lovely venue for smaller groups.

Squash courts
We have two brick squash courts which can be booked on the hour in 60 minute slots.

Cafe area
We offer a selection of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and snacks in our cafe area, with a lovely view of the swimming pools.

Fitness Suite
The Inspire Fitness Suite offers a relaxed and comfortable
environment. Our air-conditioned gym has flat screen televisions, a
comprehensive music selection and a full range of modern cardio
vascular, resistance, free weights, boxing and core stability equipment.

Sprungfloor gym
The sprungfloor gym is a great sized multi-use hall. The hall is
designed primarily to accommodate our varied range of exercise
classes, martial arts clubs, and trampolining and toddler gym.

Swimming Pools
We have two fantastic swimming pool. A 25 meter 4 lane pool, and a teaching pool with water features.

Tennis courts
With our four outdoor hard courts, or three full sized netball courts there is always a court available.

- Sat: 08:00 - 17:00
