| Nature of Enquiry | I appreciate that people will always the make complaints about staff. However, its very rare that people highlight the good and positive experiences with staff which i think is important. on Thursday 28th, i was at your place with my 2 boys and had a great time as always. All the time we where there, we where served by a lady whose name i failed to get. This lady was wonderful and although extremely busy, still had a smile on her face and continued with her duties in a competent and professional matter. on leaving, i bought my boys a couple of squishes. With having a new car, i didn't like the idea of having them sloshing about in the back on the way home. I asked the lady serving if she could put them in a larger cup with a lid..which she did. I know it was a small insignificant gesture but really made me think about the fantastic service i have always received from all your staff but that day i just happened to notice the wonderful lady who served us all day. I believe its important to let people know when they are doing a good job and that they are appreciated for the work they do. |
