| Nature of Enquiry | My daughter had a party at the Salt Cellar Middlewich on Sat 15th December '12'. To put it mildly, I feel that I paid far too much for the service received. There was one poor girl serving, who was run off her feet. I had to ask for everything! Drinks for the children! There was no serviettes! Then when the food came, all boxes were left on the tables. Luckily I had friends o help, but my daughter Lucy wasn't even placed at the head of the table, so we had tears. We had to move tables around, to place her at the head of the table. All in all, everything that happened, we did ourselves, and feel completely ripped off, as paying £6:50 per head, surely means that some else organises the food etc for you! At the end, we cleared up most of the food, mess etc, and once the party fininshed, I happened to find the party bags near the till. Not once, did anyone offer any information. Not very impressed I'm afraid, which is a shame, as there were 17 other mums who witnessed the shambolic celebrations.
