| Nature of Enquiry | Today i visited the wacky warehouse at earlswood to attend a childs birthday party, i have to say that it was the WORST experience i have encountered, the service by the staff was totally unaceptable and below standard.
on arrival at 1pm the tables were overflowing with empty cups and there was vomit on the floor, this was pointed out to a member of staff who were too busy talking to each other catching up on the previous nights events than to clean up. even when i ordered two hot drinks i had to wait 45 minutes as there was no clean cups.
further on through the party i was astonished to watch the staff preparing the party food, whilst the staff were cutting the cake they continually scratched there face and nose and run there fingers through there hair then handled the cake without gloves . this i find very disgusting and unacceptable for a food enviroment furthermore is a good case for unacceptable hygiene .
my son turns 5 on february 27th and was considering holding a party at the wacky warehouse however i will not even contemplate the idea now and will be advising other parents to do the same
i would like to suggest that the staff take appropriate training in customer service and hygiene practises as i feel that the standard of the staff is very poor .
