| Nature of Enquiry | I visited the fuzzy eds today in linwood with my two young. nephew aged 2 & 4years,it was busy I only ever saw 2 staff and later another who cleared up ,the disabled toilet has no lock so I could not use it furthermore the ladies toilet of which there are only 2 were filthy the actual toilet seat lid was encased in grime,the floors filthy no toilet paper I do understand kids use this and it is not the easiest to keep tidy but this was not untidy it was dirty and not just that days dirt in my opinion,also i helped a we girl who was crying becaus she could not reach door hanles to get out the toilet they should ne child friendly,but on a more serious matter there were some people there with a bottle of wine in a glass bottle and several wine glasses and pint beer glasses not the plastic kind that should be used in such an area, there is sign saying that plastic tumblers should be used but staff were actually clearing glassesaway from the tables and not bothering at all so Presume that is the normal and is allowed..
they were consuming quite a bit of alcohol obviously their choice but the kids were running riot there is a sign displaying no glass or bottles to be in the play area and to use plastic , this was not being adhered to ,I fully appreciate the adults are responsible for their children but there seemed to be very little supervision kids were running out of the main entrance ,there was a wee girl playing in the soft play with a large candy lolly can u imagine if she had fallen with this stick in her mouth, but my big worry was the beer garden which opens put to the car park area and road the big was open and fil
y ajar there was no adult omit and I had to ask a weekly to go back in and get his relatives not because I was interfering or nosey but because he was Making his way out and god forbid he could go into the road or even worse go missing from the area we all have a duty for kids safety and I was very concerned re this irony want to spoil the fun but I feel there should be better standards of care,cleanliness and security and Iam sure that there must be an appropriate department to check this out and I will be contacting citizens advice and trading standards re these issues .please acknowledge. receipt of my complaint and answer at your earliest convenience.yours sincerely mrs hood

only in her mouth I dread to think what happens of the child had fallen ,there is small square area at the front with some soft shapes where the sticking is burst they look to me as if they need a good clean,the tables were dirty and sticky 'but a big concern was when I left I was parked near the beer garden and once again I appreciate parent should be supervising their kids but the gate that led onto the main. we park was lying open,a young child came out and to.d him to go back in to get his relatives there was no one about this is not safe that kid could have wandered out onto the road or heaven forbid be taken from the area,some people in my opinion were. a bit worse for the wear with the alcohol
