| Nature of Enquiry | We have just visited these premises, this afternoon, 1 September. I was very disappointed by the way children were not playing by the rules, running up slides etc and that your staff only dealt with this once I complained (having been told that it was not their job to do this, I highlighted it was hardly my job to do this and indicated that I would leave and wanted a refund and only then did they take action). Why cant a member of the staff be in the play area monitoring the children at all times (with reminders over the speaker system?). Most of your staff were far too busy in the kiosk texting on their mobile phones. The tables were messy with several previous customers empty drink cartons and food left on them. I will not be visiting again, as it seems the poor reputation that I had heard about is obviously justified. Sue Manford. |
