| Nature of Enquiry | lack of staffing at the wacky warehouse, children of all ages in the ball pit area , children throwing balls children going up the slides it was a fiasco, and only 2 staff member stuck ta the tills, noone with overall supervision of the children and what was going on. there was a time when 1 member of staff supervised the ball area, even went in and interacted, but always someone was there to tell parents to remove their younger childre, tell children to stop throwing balls..atc.
i understand that the adults are responsible for the children , however this does not absolve the cduty of the staff to keep the environment safe for lala of the children..willnot be attending here again..standards have dropped |
