| Nature of Enquiry | i visited Kidzone on Thurs 25th March and was over charged by £5. I was told that I would have to wait for the till to be cashed up and would recieve a phone call at 7.30pm or 1st thing Fri am. This never happened so I had to call you, was told I would be called back in 15mins. This call i didn't recieve for 1.5hrs and was told that I would not be getting my money back. So I am left out of pocket - costing me £9.50 for entry and left with just 50p so unable to buy a drink for my child and myself. I am completely unsatisfied with the way I was treated and would like a manager to contact me asap. |
