I am writing as Chair of the PTA at Newchurch Community Primary School in Culcheth, Warrington.
We are holding our annual Christmas fair this year on the 28th November and would be grateful if you could contribute a prize for our fair?
We are a registered charity (number: 519392) and we are looking for prizes towards our raffle/hampers etc. We do appreciate that during the Christmas season you may be inundated with requests such as this, but I wanted to add that the children are very appreciative of any donation, big or small, you are able to provide. If you prefer to make a cash donation, cheques can be made payable to Newchurch Community Primary School PTA and sent to the address below.
The children and parents strive hard to raise much needed funds for the school and are the ones that decide how the money that we raise will be spent. If you would like updates on what we raised, I will be happy to provide this for you.
