| Nature of Enquiry | On the 26th January 2008 I paid £91 for a party for my 6 year old son who enjoyed the experience greatly. However, from the 'main adult' point of view the party was very poorly organised. We had to request jugs of squash some 3 or 4 times before it arrived, by which time ALL of the children at the party were waiting in the room for it to arrive!! The young lady assigned to us apologised as she had "forgotten". I must say that the food, when it eventually arrived, was a big hit and it was great to see all the healthy options included. Unfortunately after the cake had been cut we had a very long wait as the party bags had been lost and no-one seemed willing to take responsibility for this. They had been handed in with the cake at the beginning of the party. None of your staff seemed very bothered about anything and were not altogether very helpful. Had I not already paid for the party before these events, I am sure I would have asked for a discount on the day, but also did not want to marr my son's party in any way, which is why I have contacted you after the event.
