| Nature of Enquiry | hello. I visited today using my wheelchair with my granddaughter, carer and assistance dog, wearing his yellow jacket. I was requested to tie up the dog or leave him in the car which we did. It was apparentently an insurance matter. I am surprised the ins did not exclude assistance dogs such as mine, guide dogs etc.
I have never been asked this before. Please send me a copy of the relevant para and name of ins company as I will have to advise Dogs for the Disabled and would be unable to visit again. I stayed this time in order to not disappoint my granddaughter.
