Dear Sir/Madam
We are an internet based business that is soon to be launching a large accommodation site, that features many of the UK's attractions and we would love to be given the opportunity to advertise Cheeky Monkeys on our site for free.
Our site is going to be based around inns and pubs across the country and will include lots of activities close to where people are staying. It is going to be a fun interactive site as opposed to a lot of the generic sites you see offering accommodation. The site won't be live for a couple of months, and whilst I would love to give you the name, because competition is fierce on the Internet I can't disclose this at this stage.
We would so love to have your company on board, because the type of clients that our website will be attracting, are exactly the type that Cheeky Monkeys would appeal to.
We do however require pictures and data before its launch, as obviously this will be the content.
If it is at all possible that we can take one or two of pictures off your web site, or use a couple you may have in your collection in order to promote the business to potential tourists, who may be interested in visiting.
Once the site is launched I can send you a link to it and if you don't like what you see we will remove your company straight away.
