I'm contacting you with regards to an event that I'm organising to raise money for Beaumond House Community Hospice, Newark. http://www.beaumondhouse.co.uk.
Beaumond House cared for my mother in law, Marie, who sadly passed away in May 2009. The care provided for her was excellent and the hospice provides such invaluable support so we decided to organise a fundraising event to raise money for the hospice each year in Marie's memory. In 2010 we organised a fundraising BBQ and band event, last year we organised a masquerade ball and this year, we're organising a family fun day.
The fun day will be held on Sunday 19th August at the Hawtonvile Young People's Centre on Windsor Road, Newark.
My reason for contacting you is to see if it would be at alk possible for you to provide 30-60 minutes free entertainment on the day, such as balloon modelling.
We will promote your business in all advertising of the event and will also be handing out a goody bag on entry, in which we can provide your business card/leaflet.
