My name is Steph Grainger, I am a Birth and Post Natal Doula, and a hypnobirthing practitioner, working in Chelmsford and surrounding areas.
My reason for contacting you today is to see if you would be willing for me to come and sit and talk to any pregnant ladies or new Mum’s you get in the play area, about the benefits of hypnobirthing and having a Doula? I would be happy to set up my table and just sit and chat over a cup of tea or coffee, or alternatively if this is not something you would be interested in, maybe we could swap information, and I put one of my leaflets on your notice board.
It is so important for mums to be or new mums, not to feel isolated, and be aware of the different groups, activities available to them in their local areas, and in turn I would be great to get to know the local providers of these services to me so I can pass this information on to any potential clients I may have too.
