| Nature of Enquiry | i went to yr play centre today Sunday 17th July.i was extremely shocked and very surprised it was a health and safety hazard,it was clearly overcrowded,and under staffed.from what i could make out there were 2 members of staff working at the reception area,and there were no staff supervising the children.the children were bumping into each other as it was so over crowded,i stayed about 10 mins if even as it was not a safe area for my children.for 8.50 it was a total rip off i have never been in a play centre so poor in all my life and wouldnt return again..
the owner of this company should be ashamed for even charging for this so called service it made me feel sick.those kids were at risk of been hurt.. |
