Bucklebury Farm Park is a great day out, whatever the weather. We have a whole range of attractions that will appeal to your whole family, school group, Senior citizens' club, or just a couple of friends.
Situated in the beautiful Berkshire countryside close to the picturesque village of Bucklebury, the park has:

We offer an unusual venue for birthday parties, and can also provide educational school visits. At Bucklebury Farm Park, children can get very close to our animals, can feed them, and we have a "Pat a Pet" area for our younger visitors, all of which makes for a great day out.

Location: Located on the edge of Bucklebury village. Three and a half miles from the A4 between Reading and Newbury.

Wild boar
Wild boar piglets
Extinct in the UK for hundreds of years Wild Boar can be seen again roaming rural Berkshire. As ancestors to today's domestic pig, wild boar were once hunted throughout Europe and were renowned for their fearsome nature! Fear not, ours have their own secure area and are actually very sociable. We have a boar, two sows and their offspring, and you are most likely to see the new-born boarlets in April: they are very cute with their fawn and brown stripes.
Llama
The resident llama lives quite happily with all the other farm animals and often winters with the deer in the Deer Park.
Donkeys and Shetland Ponies
Clover the baby donkey
We have both standard and miniature donkeys. Our latest addition is Clover, a miniature donkey foal who made an unexpected arrival on 21 January this year. Violet and Jack the resident Shetland ponies are always pleased to meet our visitors, especially those who have purchased animal food on their way in!
Lambs
Each year at Bucklebury Farm Park we take in lambs that canc not be supported by their mothers, and require bottle
Lambs with children feeding and we welcome visitors to help us with this task.
Sow and litter
Susie the sow is a recent addition to the Park, and she is the proud mother of nine piglets that were born on March 7th.
Goats
Our family of pygmy goats are very naughty. They frequently escape, and one in particular causes concern to visitors by pretending he has got his head stuck in the wire and uses the opportunity to steal any food they have – often eating the bag as well!!
Pat-a-Pet
In the barn we have a Pat-a-pet area where the rabbits and guinea pigs can be handled by our visitors, usually a favourite for our younger visitors.

Bucklebury Farm Park stag
Our own red deer herd was established in 1992 and has steadily grown to a population of approximately 120. We have one main stag for the herd and a mix of hinds, other stags and young calves. Other breeds include Fallow, Sika and Axis.
